Tim Kelly has spent most of his life in the fifth ward. He has benefitted from deep personal and community networks, but he knows he is blessed. The ongoing pandemic has revealed how many people are alone, voiceless, and suspicious of asking for help from strangers. By standing with Tim Kelly we’ll be better equipped to take roll, and most importantly, know who’s missing.
issues and solutions
- Affordable Housing: Better development and care for housing in the Southern half of our ward will improve life for everyone
- Infrastructure: Upkeep of our streets and alleys and maintaining/finding better use for neglected buildings helps enable our access to the best services possible
- Connection to City Government/Issues: A neighborhood network and improved communication/internet access will help all citizens of our ward see their needs are met and voices heard
